So i just found out that Monday night Football is only on ESPN this year and i have to pay extra for that channel in HD, i bought the HD package but you can't get ESPN with it, time warner always seems to find a way to fu<k you over!

Time Warner ****ed up an installation at our place so bad, We ended up getting a year of roadrunner free, a year of on-demand movies free, and 2 years of HD and HBO/Skinemax for free.
The installed HD upstairs and completely un-plugged everything and only hooked up the box with a basic s-video cable (we had the comp cable ready for them). In the basement they tapped into our working satellite cables to make **** easy for them. The left cables hanging from the ceiling in multiple spots, and to top it off wrecked a set of monster cables and tried to hide the fact(which they also replaced). The two techs were fired
