Thats why, oh boy am I going to catch some isht for this.... Im moving back asap. Not sure on the date yet. I have to find a decent person to take my spot in the townhouse. But it will be no earlier than New Years and not until I break 500 on the CFT dyno which I think should be good for a 10.x pass.

You know, all I've done this year is gone to weddings and work so I know what you mean.
Good luck on 500.. Honestly, everyone I've known that has moved to FL (about 5) has moved back within a year.
