Anyways, do you know anything about delta systems? Our entire plant is wired delta and I never had to deal with that type of power. My best guess it that its an un-grounded system at the transformer utilizing the actual ground as the -. We have 3 phase 220, 480 running in the plant if that makes a difference.

Apparently you can sue your employer for yourself being incompetent as long as they don't keep records of you being one.
