Well I don't have meth for the next week or so. I was on the phone with Steve from SMC and we were going over troubleshooting my problem. It turns out that the pressure switch that sits on top of the pump has a bad ground internally. I should hopefully have a new on in my hands at the end of the week. I think Im going to keep a spare pump and switch on the side just in case if it goes out again. Can't complain it's lasted about a year of abuse and this is the first problem Ive had with it.
Dryad, as far as the motors not working and then working a few minutes later, you should look at the motor starters for them. If the overloads (heaters) are not sized properly or are just old and worn out that could be your problem. I'm not sure how much experience you have with all of that stuff. The overloads are the little metal jumpers on the starter, they get a screw threw each end and have a wheel looking thing in the middle of them. When they are old or overloaded they can cut out because they get hot but once they cool down they will conduct again. As far as the relays are concerned, I'm familiar with working with them and installing them but I am a bit slow with trouble shooting them. I am interested in seeing those pics, I sure they are just ridiculous.
