Yeti, do you think you could take a look at my idle setting for me. After the flash its been idling a little to high. like 1000-1200. Its goes kinda between there almost like its surging

Mine does that too, but not quickly. It idles around 1k and will bump up a little bit then come back down and stay for a while. I think it's what AMS does to smooth out the cam idle so it isn't so rough.

Yea its not quickly. It will idle at like 1000 for 15 sec or so then bump up to 1200-1300 for ~7sec then come back down. I dont really like it. I want it to just be a consistent 1000 or so

No, its not the enrichment that you get when the fan comes on. I had the air completely off as well as the stereo, and it still does it

The reason I specificaly asked about the defroster is that the defroster settings run the AC compressor, but on't light the AC light on the dash. You don't hear the AC compressor run nearly as well as you ehar the cooling fan. Also, there are different idle setpoints for AC on and AC off and the idle speed will change as the compressor turns on and off if the set points are different. There are not different setpoints for whether the cooling fan is on or off.

My car did the same thing after i took it down to AMS. I think its the combination of the 272s and Martins idle tune.

So, I need to adjust my clutch pedal up like a half inch or so. Nick did it originally and it was fine but with it getting cold and notchier I think it's dragging just a tad. In the morning the car moves like a half inch when shifting into gear. It never did that before.

I am assuming that if I bring the pedal up a little in the car that is more of the rod being pushed when fully depressed which would disengadge the clutch more. Am I completely wrong or thinking about it wrong...I have no idea, just guessing right now.

I am not trying to get into a debate, however the idle should not be doing that and can be tuned out.
