I shoulda specified the what TOB meant, thanks moss! Did you purchase a throwout bearing to install with your clutch? It is not required but is generally recommended

Nice, i got mine from MattGold on the forums (coximport) for $1300 shipped + $60 for the TOB for a total price of $1360 shipped.

You can buy the throw our bearing (TOB) at a mitsu dealer or through some vendors on the site. Im pretty sure lancershop has them instock (http://lancershop.com/customer/produ...5&cat=6&page=1)

TOB's are for poosies

Push style is a whole lot better than the pull style. What happens when you break the fragile retaining cilp? Or you botch it up on installation?

Hah, but that would require people to drive with the goose killer...and that thing isn't for everyone.

Nice work Scott. I also caught the very intelligent debate on whether or not you run Nitro

I don't know if you do or don't and don't really care either...but it was funny to read the people who live half way across the country just stating that you do with no proof. Definitely entertaining.

So I found the reason why I could smell exhaust whenever I started boosting past 0psi.

Fricken manifold bolts had slowly been coming loose since I put it on. That means for the last 6 months I've had a fairly significant exhaust leak but was too lazy to really investigate. I was able to turn each nut at least a half turn with little effort and some a full turn or more until they were tight. Even the 14mm ones on each end were a little loose.

At least now all the exhaust will be going to the hotside like it should

^Damn, makes me want to check my exhaust and other pipes for leaks, i remember you mentioning the exhaust smell at BWs. I have a feeling i may have to do a boost leak test soon; i must have a few little ones if pete had as many as he mentioned.

OH yeah, what spark plugs would you guys recommend for my car? (hks 272s, 10.5 hotside, ams fmic, etc).. workin on my Christmas list!
