Personally i wouldn't get a VTA valve for the stock ECU. The Tial is a great valve but might give you a little trouble with the stock ECU, its always tough to say b/c every car is different. If your getting a AEM and will be running speed density than i would get the valve and deal with any problems until then. I personally dont have any issues with my HKS, hence the reason why its still in my car. I also would stick the stock ECU unless you plan on tipping the scale past 500whp. Standalone EMS's are no joke which is a reason i have stuck with the Stock ECU for so long(not to mention the 10,000+ hours of tuning that has been put into the stock ECU by mitsu techs). If you have the extra cash and want to spend it than all power to ya! Who would tune the AEM?

Yes mine is vented. I wouldn't beat around the bush with new guys, Martin, David Buschur, or Sean Ivey are the only people i would let tune my AEM

Its a stupid ? but what all you running for bov? I want to run a Tial now that I have my turbo kit!!!!! I know the drive ability problems you can run into with stock ECU but can I deal with stalling out once in a while. Or is it going to be more than that? I know how dv valves work and why you need to recircleate but I am going to get a AEM standalone in the summer. So I wated to get the intercooler to fit the Tial right away. There are people that dont have issues and people that do when venting. What is your imput Milwaukee?
blackhawk is already in april. **** i need to get my *** in gear. I think i just dropped $2200 on wheels but i still need brake pads, rotors, boost controller, exhaust, and ic piping at the least for the track this time. I don't want to go again on almost the same setup
