I wonder why there would be a problem buying it back. Maybe the salvage yards they deal with really want it. I know with Kaizie's car they checked 5 yards for an average price and gave it back to me for the low end.

so the bolt that i need to fill my o2 bung is going to cost me $5!!! wtf?? i guess it's a unique size. i couldn't find it at any of the 4 hardware stores i went to.

and another question....what kind of track times would a 500 whp srt be running?? pretty close to same as a 500 whp evo?? besides some traction at launch issues? one of my buddies just upgraded turbos...only a slight size difference

define track? i assume drag racing? If that is the case then it should come down to driver mod. What size turbo is that, almost looks like a 40r or so....

Looks like it will take a lot of custom fabrication to get that thing to fit.

BTW, why on earth would somebody put all that power in a FWD car unless its strictly drag? I might be missing something here, i can't see how fun that could possibly be, besides going in a straight line! I can see it now. "here at RA an SRT is about to set the record for fastest accelerating street car on the front straight, and he does it! Now powering through the corner, HE LOST TRACTION, torque steer, and in grass and spinning he goes! LOL

I once heard that a spark plug has the same thread as an O2 sensor. Might be worth a shot if you have an extra plug laying around. Then again $5 isn't all that much.
