There is still a GG Evo at the Honda Body shop around the corner, his front end is done for.

Well the o2 sensor was rusted badly in the o2 housing, so we sprayed some Rust Off let it sit for a couple of days and well lets just say it didnt help. So 1 or 2 threads are stripped and I got to get a new one. I could use the old o2 but I dont want to strip the new housing.

Didn't you use anit-cease when putting the sensor in!!?

It was in the stock o2 housing. I never touched the sensor before, and I wish I had. I took the stock turbo out getting ready to put the new turbo in.I took the o2 sensor out after I took the turbo out.

What is the exact bore, strock, and cylinder head cfm of the Evo.

I cheated....bore and stroke is 85x88 (mm). not sure about CFM

Yeh, I plan on leaving about 6:30, That usually works out but I will hit traffic about 30 miles north of AMS. Going to be a pain because I am trailering my car down there to be on the safe side.
