Damn! a friend of mine out here with a sick e36 M3 , he has four 10" oscars in a 250gallon bow tank- its way over the top!
I got my whole tank set up for a whopping 55 bux at walmart on clearance- came wit tank, cover, lighting, heater, and filter system - and was 50% off. Just had to buy the decor, aeration wall and fish!

http://www.paypalsucks.com/

Now if you still want to use Paypal, make sure you send it to the confirmed address only, and to the name thats on that account. If someone says they dont have an account and are going to use a friends/brothers/whoevers.....run. And remember that Paypals buyer/seller protection plan is about as good as a warranty on the Evo. And if they are using a credit card through paypal and say that they never recieved it you could have a problem. I would send it insured so someone will have to sign for it. Delivery confirmation just means that the post office delivered it (could have just left it at the door).

no paypal doesnt suck at all i sell on ebay a ton with paypal. Ok and the delivery confirmation means yes it got there and you already have your money. they say they dont get it you have the delivery confirmation to verify you sent it and you will not lose money. trust me ive had the problems with over 1000 paypal transactions. As long as you have the delivery confirmation they really cant do anything. Thats why ebay can be sketchy lets say I buy something from you and you dont get delivery confirmation all I would have to do is say I didnt recieve while im holding your item in my hand and will get my full refund on it and get to keep it. It sucks but its happend to me and im just trying to protect you if your worried. Because all paypal does if the buyer makes a complaint about not recieving it is you have to show proof of delivery confirmation and you will win the open dispute and the sale is complete. hope that clears it up. dont be worried about paypal just like ebay look at there feedback score which you recieve with transactions you complete. Insurance is nothing but protecting damage but yes they have to sign for it. but on paypal its nothing except numbers the confirmation is what they want.
