As for the arguments... usually they aren't serious - they are joking and only look serious. However, lately there has been a bad apple foolishly stirring up arguments.
are you calling me a bad apple?

Calling you what he really wants to, is a ban worthy offense and he wouldn't want to disrespect a moderator like that.

I saw a SLR McLaren friday in bay shore, holy **** was that an absolutely beautiful car in person.

Probably one of the most expensive cars you'll even catch driving around Milwaukee.

Ok a couple of weeks ago our CEO rolled up in a brand new Ferrari F430.

Our website in October is the most visited e-commerce site in the world. I'm rewriting the website right now because it couldn't handle our load last year (and we have seen very high growth so far this year). The deal is that if the website has 100% uptime in October I get his F430 for a whole day. While I am a 1337 web hax0r and my site will easily handle whatever load gets thrown at it, the only way to guarantee this is to make sure nobody visits it... So don't visit my site and take it down

As you're writing your new site, I am busy writing a bot to perform a DoS attack on it.

Oh wait... If I cancel my DoS attack, do I get a ride in the Ferrari?

Well that would help if the problem is response time or otherwise related to not having enough horsepower. However, as is the case with all software, throwing more horsepower at a problem is not always the answer. Sometimes it requires redesign or modification to make the code more efficient and robust.
