Jeff, I agree with your comments about the used Evo's now. The first couple of years I would have never recommended buying a used one but now it may not be so bad. If the seller can show regular maintenance then you should be pretty good. A lot of people just get in over their head on payments too...and never get a chance to break stuff

Figures, it couldn't be that easy
This is on the way up to Alpine Tunnel near Pitkin. CO It was used as a RR back in the mid 1800s and finally closed in 1910. The tunnel was blasted shut in 1967. most of this is on the rail grade which was turned into a road.

Hahaha, yea it seems like i do that everyonce in a while when i go on my posting rants! And now that i look at it, its usually when i get back from upnorth, maybe the 4 hours of sitting in a car makes my fingers ancy, or maybe the fingers are ancy from the exgirl hahhah
Whats up Ryan- I just read up on the new GT-R......HOLY SH|T...i think my eye-damaging-pupil-rotting post very well might change.....if the GT-R lives up to all the expectation! And most of all if they arent too overpriced or somehow has the same price fluctuation as the Acura NSX (when first came out in like 91 they were 30k new, i remember lookign at the sticker at the denver auto show and it was in the mid 90k range!)

Make it around early september and we could have a three evo pack going out! Or sometime after September and i will very likely be out there. There are some VERY sick cars around north Denver- a Cobb tuning STI, a cobb WRX, a heavily modified R32, many BMWs (most M3s, but one M5 and a modded 328), Addisons robispec evo- the list goes on
I dont know if the car culture is more apparent out there or if it has something to do with CO being closer to Cali, haha

Nope, theres actually a water tank that was rebuilt about 40 years ago about 6 miles up the road from there. I wish I could remember what it said.
