I have a feeling Blackwater may be cutting back on their hiring effort.

Well say what you want. They are there for certain resons that the military cant carry out because of the Geneva Convention or NATO related reasons. Im sure if any of you were ever in the military you would have comraderie (sp?) with your fellow "people."
Yeah it's too bad those 8 people had to die but you know what? They live in a damn warzone. They have 2 legs which are fully capable of walking. Im not trying to take sides but come on do you really believe the media? Especially CNN? They have to be the most anti-everything.
I have pretty much made up my decision on what I want to do and what its going to take to get what I want and where I want to go. If you dont like the company great, thats your decision.

I have no opinion on Blackwater or what they do.

Hey look at that. They changed the link on me. It pointed to an article titled "Blackwater security firm banned from Iraq" and talking about how the Iraqi government had decided that blackwater could no longer operate in iraq because of the events that happened. Not discussing the justice or injustice of those events.
Sorry for the confusion.
In fact, if you go here http://www.cnn.com/WORLD/ right now the original headline is directly beneath "Middle East"

Ok this is more like what the original story said:

http://www.radioaustralia.net.au/new...s/s2035848.htm
The Iraqi Interior Minister, Jawad al-Bolani, has ordered the cancellation of the operating licence of one of the United States' largest private security firms, Blackwater USA, after it was involved in a shootout that killed 11 people.
Iraqi security officials say Blackwater contractors, while accompanying a US diplomatic convoy, came under attack and returned fire while travelling in central Baghdad.
According to the government, 11 people were killed and 13 wounded.
Iraqi Prime Minister Nuri al-Maliki condemned a 'criminal operation' by the firm.
The interior ministry's director of operations says Blackwater is now prohibited from operating anywhere in Iraq.
US offers condolences
The US Secretary of State Condoleezza Rice says she's contacted the Iraqi Prime Minister Nouri al-Maliki about the ban on Blackwater.
Iraqi authorities say many of the dead were bystanders and officials in Baghdad want to prosecute some of the security guards involved.
A spokesman for the US State Department, Sean McCormack, says Dr Rice wanted to convey her regrets for the loss of innocent life.
"At this point we're still investigating what happened. We want to determine all the facts as best as we can.
"We have committed to sharing the results of our investigation with the Iraqi Government."
