ok, so the car started acting up this morning. idleing funny, vaccum reading at idle is only -4 instead of the normal -15 ish. only max boost at 7 psi. from the little i know, sounded like a vacuum line/boost leak. all lines look ok, but the one thing i did notice is the adjusting screw missing out of the top of my APS BOV my question is, can i just stick a normal screw/bolt in there, or does it have to be a special one??

hahahaa.
I have the APS BOV, i will go out right now to the parking garage and see how the screw looks.
If i get bored or are by a hardware store i may stop in and just have them determine what size, thread, and diameter screw it is - so you can get a replacement.
If not you should try and do the same, or call a vendor and ask if they know. Are there any local guys who have an old APS or maybe a cheap or broken one forsale on th board that you could use for parts?
