Kinda weird not driving my car lately. Although I did find a road around me that I think would make even Pete a little scared. Elevation goes from 7700 to a little over 9500 with a shear drop of on one side and a big mountain on the other, Ill have to get a picture of it today.

Ill snap some pictures today for you so you can see what Im talking about, it kinda reminds me of the dragon in NC but this is a more high speed run.
On a different note. I found an old legend of buried spanish treasure about an hour from here, so it looks like thats where were headed off to today. Also back in the 40s a B-24E bomber crashed in the forest near my house and they left all of the wreckage out there, from what I was told its a hell of a hike but worth it.

Yeah it was, well I had fun, can't speak for the others, but I think they did.
That track is so addicting. I corded my R-compounds by 10:30am so spent the rest of the day screwing around on Kumho ASX's. Man do they suck for grip, and they howl like crazy in the corners, but the car is a little happier sideways on those tires, and they seem to last forever.. I put about 45 miles on them on the track today and can't see any signs of wear.
I got a couple of chase races in.
On R-compounds:
Impromtu race with tek-3 - won
Race with white DSM - won
On all seasons:
White DSM - lost
Nick - lost
Tek-3 - won, Tom might contest this, it was pretty close
Z06 on race tires, wet track, no standing water - lost

I had fun, would've have more fun if I had my evo. Prelude was fun too, but that loose suspension in the front just took all that fun away.
But driving back sucks donkey's ball. Vetcing Packers
