Oh.... I love those chrome GSR rims on that toy...... Holy crap that is nice. I know most people don't think chrome belongs on an EVO but I like shiny things.

Anyone know the cost to have a set of wheels powder coated chrome?

Got any pics of his car?

I'm leaning towards some SSR COMPS for track wheels and then something chrome for day to day stuff. I suppose I could chrome my BBS rims.

Nope. They are still available and I'm still interested in the BBS.

Oh forgot to mention. I got my new IX turbo in and should be going in the car once I dig it out. The Full Race manifold looks awsome, almost looks like the AMS manifold a bit but Im sure it will outflow the BR garbage anyday.

Yup, Im downsizing and going with a completely different setup. I just need to get the 4ft of snow off the car and rip the motor out sometime this winter.

The 3065 was alright but it isnt the greatest IMO. Too much lag. Plus Im trying to get rid of everything BR on my car. I dont want to support them in anyway shape or form. I dislike them about as much as Rnr.

I figure if Scott can run 10s with a 8 10.5 turbo why cant I stay in the 11s with a 9 turbo??? This is the year of rebuilding the car, I need a few things to put it back together the right way. Meth is coming off since it stopped working again and trying to get SMC to do anything is like pulling teeth. So I figure Ill just run low boost for daily use and high boost for the mountain runs if I even last that long here.

Sounds like a decent plan. I've been seeing alot of mid to high 11s on a full weight stock turbo cars.
