morning fochers.

POS is back from AMS and there is a problem. Haven't had time to really look into it yet but AMS described it as surging.

AMS thinks it's compressor surge and recommends I slap on a new housing. I'm not 100% convinced it's the housing and I want to check a few things first (IE bov spring, vaccum leaks, etc.).

Yea good call, when i had the 30r i was getting surge in 4th, i rerouted my BOV line and EBC line and it fixed the problem. Which turbo do you run (I wont tell anyone )

The new Tial housings are the sh|t. Or you could look at a larger turbine housing which could help

Ok, fire safety rules. Make sure it's 20 feet from all buildings, and i meant you Nez, not the fire.

I think i can handle the fire, but you're just out of control.

I'll come out on Friday night Pete. I'll skip the steaks but I'm almost 100% positive that I'll be there.

Hey guys quickie question.

does anyone here have a scangauge or similar device that plugs into your OBDII port? I want to be able to realtime monitor MPG. there is software out there, but i dont want to run a laptop in the car. just seeing if anyone has another suggestion of a self contained unit other than scangauge.
