Pewaukee Lake overflowed too, thought not as devastating as Lake Delton. Here are some photos I shot yesterday:

More iPhone stuff...
HAVE to activate in store
HAVE to sign 2 year contract
HAVE to buy it in store, no online purchase
Data plan is now same price as Full PDA ( about time )
They are really trying to crack down on the jail breaking huh?
Oh Apple, you really are smart...hook in all the cattle..err..people. Tease them a bit, then slam the iron curtains down. Can't wait to see what they restrict next. It is smart of them so I'll give 'em that...just not for me right now.

Sounds like they are trying to get around the fact that it will be unlocked like the last one. They want to make sure every one sold gets activated on a new contract - just like we do in our store for any other phone. The phone's price is discounted with the assumption of having the service, which re-coups their cost.
Overall, it's sounding more like any other data phone now. And the price is closer to the other phones too.

You can buy the blackjack online. My buddy just bought a Tilt online and it showed up yesterday. Never stepped foot in the store.
My point is just that they are going the extra mile to try and keep the hackers from messing with it. We'll see what happens when it's actually in the wild though.

With others, you don't have to activate in the store, you don't have to sign a 2 year (or any) contract, and you don't have to buy in store - you can buy online.
The catch, however, is that you pay more for the phone. MSRP on the Blackjack was around $400-$450. I bought both of mine outright.

I wish you could buy it outright because I probably would get one in time if I can swap the SIM out...I just don't want to sign a 2 year contract on something that may not be my primary device.
