Well folks. Offer was accepted on a house. My credit is good, financing is good. If all goes well I can close by the beginning of December. Just playing the waiting game right now.
The house is Oak Creek, its a 3br 1.5ba 2.5ga with another 1.5ga in the back. Huge fenced in yard and the entire house has been remodeled, it hasnt been lived in since. I was going to pull the trigger with a house in Sussex but I really didnt want to live to close to Chinese people ( i heard they drive crazy). i am so amped about this its unbelievable. Now I just need to finish that damn car.

im pretty sure it was on craigslist.com which is scary because thats like a meet person to person sales with anything on that site... sad to say but it doesnt surprise me watertown of all cities.. thats a meth city and has some F'ucked up people there....

News at the time when they filed the report said it was off of craigslist but they cant get the weather right so who knows.. however if autotrader.com thats scary thats where mine is.. But im a dick and unless i can tell there serious I wont respond you can just tell usually....

I just saw that the chick, Tammi LaFave has been or is going to be cherged with "Felony Murder". The guy they arrested *only* got aiding/harboring a know felon.
While I know I can't assume she did it just because she has been charged. It makes me so f'in sick!!
