- 3 bedroom, 2 bath, 3 car garage, full basement
- egress window in basement so house will be 4 bedrooms end of this summer
- ~1560 square feet
- All new Pella windows, gridded front windows
- Maple kitchen cabinets and trim throughout house
- solid 6 panel doors internally
- gas fireplace in living room corner
- patio doors (i have to build a deck once lawn fills in)
- lifetime water garauntee on basement
- 9ft ceilings in basement with those silent floor joists for main level (like wood I-beams).
- Full stainless steel GE kitchen appliance package with side by side fridge that has ice/water in door
- credit on closing costs towards having landscaper come in and grade/seed lawn in the spring.

There will be a lot of things to do, even with a new house, but should be a fun project over the next few years.
Congrats laak!! So Jealous of the 3 car garage. Mine is a small 2 car and I own 4 cars.

Lousy lucky homeowner!

I love the silent floors...my aunt & uncle have that.

I'm sick of putting quarters in my washer & dryer too

Congratulations!

You should. Those things are awesome. Super easy to put up. in fact cleaning up the packaging that got left behind was harder than putting them on the wall.

Funny you say that. I finally got time to wire up the 2nd pump today along with a bunch of other stuff. Let me know if you go that route I can give you some pointers on wiring it up.

I wonder where smokey has been???

I think my full official title is not ".net Architect of internet technologies" or something like that.
