I was almost asked to leave during one Auto X event about 9 years ago with the Impala. I loop the car in the same corner 2 times, and said if I did it again, i wasnt going to lift and drive out of it. well it happened again, and I didnt lift, went completly around drove out of my own smoke, you couldnt even see the car, it was fun, I got yelled at, all was well in the world.

Hey nice job killing that BR EVO at the autox! I'm curious... how are the 10s doing in relation to the 9s stock for stock?
Moss how do you like your honda so far?
Do you guys know when the next Milwaukee Mile event is?

Any car can be killed when it has mechanical problems. Considering this was the first time the car has ever been at a Solo event, brand new turbo setup, BOV issues with the spring being to stiff for the turbo, only tuned on the dyno under WOT pulls, I was bedding in the brakes, and I was only giving it about 80% of my driving ability, someone should be REAL PROUD they beat my time

So far so good. It's faster and more fun than I thought it would be and the handling is awesome.
I was looking at some videos I took at Shawano and was running a mid-high 1:15 in the patchy damp, and cold in my second session out with the car.
I think the fastest I ever ran there in the Evo was a high 1:13. Bruce Melton can get into the 1:12's I think. However, Tom said he though STizmm was hitting a low 1:14 in the wet on race tires.
Next time it should be warmer so the tires should have a lot more grip, and I should know the car better so I think I could probably get into the 1:14 range on street tires..... I think...
