So I have some issues with my car that I'm going to try to address either next weekend or the one after that.

When I did a boost leak test a couple weeks ago I could hear hissing at like 5lbs over by the #1 fuel injector, so I'm going to have to replace the seals on those.

I'm also going to take off the throttle body and replace the shaft seals. Great thread here on doing it: https://www.evolutionm.net/forums/ev...aft-seals.html

The symptoms that make me need to do that are:
Lean idle
sticky throttle
jerky throttle response under 5mph

...Anyway.

How bad is it replacing fuel injector seals? Just messy? Anything I should watch out for?

Hey Garth, just saw this... congrats on the house & graduation! 66th & Bluemound? Nice area. Isn't that almost walking distance to Miller Park? That didn't weigh in on your decision at all, did it?
Thanks for the congrats Alex & Ryan...

Yeah, it is a nice area. Miller Park being a couple miles away is just icing on the cake. We feel pretty lucky about how this place just kinda fell in our lap...we saw A LOT of crappy houses & were starting to get pretty frustrated.

Beth & I will be at wings tonight...my brother & his fiance too actually.
