So is this a timed event or more like a lapping day?

The event link says "High Performance Driving Event" and most HPDE's are just lapping day type events.

My guess is that it'll be like a BHF day.

There are a lot of details yet to be decided but here's what I know so far.

We have the track all weekend and are looking at doing our HPDE (lapping day) on Saturday, wheel to wheel races on Sunday, and High Speed Autocross (time trials) on Monday.

I'm probably going to be heavily involved in Saturday, but not much for Sunday and Monday.

The cost has not been finalized but it should be cheaper than our Blackhawk Farms HPDE ($160), I don't know how much cheaper.

If you enter the wheel to wheel race (I don't think anyone here can) or the high speed autocross there will be a price break on entry to the HPDE. Again, I don't know what that is yet.

I'll most likely want to do the HPDE and the Monday high speed autocross.

I'm guessing the wheel to wheel stuff is for the Miata types? Comp License people, etc.?

Yes, miatas, formula cars, etc. Competition licenses are required for that day.

Is that in waukesha? I think Blaine show me that car before, selling for 27k, very clean.

So Mr. Moss, you up for a challenge on the 6th and 7th in rear wheel drive? I will drive the IS for sure.

Thanks! I try but black is PITA to keep clean. I suppose it helps that it barely has 14k miles on it!
