What turbo kit are you planning to get? The Injen intake will fit larger turbos to a point - it comes with a reducing coupler to connect to the small inlet on the stock turbo, but if you switched it out to a straight coupler for a larger turbo inlet, it would still be fine. Just depends how much larger you're talking.
If you're talking about a Red, then the inlet size remains the same and you can keep an Injen intake. If you're going to a 30R+, they have much larger inlets and the Injen intake won't work, but the AMS GT30R and larger kits come with the intake anyway.

Your right, i am considering the FP Red as i spoke about in the past, but part of me is thinkin if I may want more power, or more options-and go with a whole kit or and AMS kit.
So i think getting a K&N cone filter is a good idea for now because im not 'set' on a specific turbo, do you agree? http://www.amsperformance.com/cart/C...mance.com.html
Ive heard that injens IC pipes can SOMETIMEs have shotty construction or iffy welds, not sure if thats just very limited experiences, but many forum users seem to mention it in intake threads-which makes me want to keep to my gt feeling and wait on an intake until bigger turbo (i mean i have waited this long, and even AMS said they see more gains with a KN than most all intakes)
Definately waiting on the LICP until larger turbo-i can put the $ into suspension or towards the savings for the larger turbo.
For the wideband-im thinkin the UEGO for simplicity-ease of mounting in my 52mm pod, and very easy to read (even if placed lower, in peripheral vision can see the specific corresponding colors on the gauge)-any advantages to innovate? i think they can log-but i dont see myself doing that unless on a dyno or hooking up a laptop.
PS-Nick and others-is there a need to weld in a hole for the sensor with the wideband OR can it be put in where the O2 sensor is? I have the perrin wire-style CEL remover, so i could technically maybe take the o2 sensor out and put the wideband sensor in there? Im not sure (obviously!)
Is there a local place to buy Tbolt clamps? along with standard 3" exhaust gaskets? (thicker ones, not autozone ones)

Red,
There is a minimum distance the wideband needs to be, I think it's like 24inches or more from the turbo. Most get the bung welded just before the end of the tailpipe or what Mike said and do the rear o2 delete.

Mine is in the end of the DP. The further you have the sensor back the longer the delay is for a reading. Closer to the turbo makes it a little easier for the tuner, but too close will burn up the sensor faster. AEM says 36" from the turbo (end of DP)
