2 port sensor?
Hey guys finally working on the Evo again. Testing out a new re-circ setup and ran across this 2 port sensor without any vacuum lines attached. Anyone know what this sensor is for? Shares the same wiring harness that splits off to the MAF sensor. I am runnign the AMS 50 trim Turbo kit, so not sure if this sensor is only needed when running the stock turbo system? Also running the AMS manual boost controller. Everything was already installed when I bought this car from Cory.
Module?
Also found this module that has an extra connector port (rightside) without anything connected and missing a bolt. Any ideas what this module is for and if a connection is needed? :helpme

The first 2 port sensor is the solenoid valve that connects to the turbo/wastegate and the intake.
The solenoid valve all the way on the lower right. You should have this sticker too under your hood.
As for the other sensor, it looks like HID crap but I'm not too sure. You'll have to specify where it's located.

+1 on Piro's answer.
For your second question: that module looks like the fan control module which is supposed to be mounded to the fan so air blow across its heatsink. And that extra plug on it is cool - there's not supposed to be anything plugged in there.

I'm still trying to remember where I bought the one I have - it was only like $20.

Piro,
Sounds like this is the . Should there be any hose connections to the wastegate/turbo solenoid when running the AMS 50 trim with manual boost controller? Anyone have any pictures on how the solenoid should be mounted in the stock location?
Nick,
My car has the AMS fan, so not sure how the fan control module should be mounted. If you have a picture that would be great?
Thanks,
Dan
