im in bay view. i was talking with the neighbors who lived here for 30 odd years and this is the first time that they can remember that a car was broken into on the block. We have 4 cops that live on the block too, im sure its going to ruffle them a bit to find out that this happened on "thier" block.

Sorry to hear about it man, when I first moved to Chicago about 10 years ago, my CRX SI was broken into and they made a huge mess & only took a cheap radio and the change in the car.

From that point on, I never locked the door and left nothing valuable in the car.

At least it wasn't your Evo, so it could be worse.....

Andrew - I'm sorry to hear that! I was just in your honda few weeks ago and remember commenting on the head unit. It's hard to believe what some people will do.

I'll have a new Alpine head unit in my evo in a few weeks but it won't be that model!

Well I asked for a raise today and was shot down by the upper management. Looks like I'll be having more free time soon. When they said no, I pretty much told them no more coming in and fixing another shifts problems, no more midnight calls to fix another shifts problems, nothing. I'll do my job on my shift and thats it.

Ill probably get the "talk" about a raise in a few days. I've done this before.
