You actually might be in luck. What exactly are you looking for again? Just the block, or an entire short block? I was at a shop yesterday with about 6 evo motors laying around

Well my review so far:

They stop the car. That's all I really tested them. Oh yeah, they are noisier than stock, kind of a whirring noise while you are braking.

Pics tonight, after I change the oil in the piece-o-shivic.

Almost to perfection. I ran out of alky this morning so i have to stop back and pick up more. I might switch back over to methanol if I can find a decent supplier.

nobody is interested in a rolling chassis are they? brand new blizzak WS-50's, only 30k miles on the drivetrain, tranny is perfect, just needs a block

i will most likely fix it, but figured i would offer this first..

I burnished them so they should be good... I think the comination of the track pads and the slots is causing the whirring noise.
