My evo tires are just as bad now, I think I'll use these "poor man slicks" for this sunday at WAI and then I'll put another set in. That is why I didn't use the evo, cause the tires was switch lanes for me when I was on the expressway when it was wet.

yeah, it's supposed to ran tomorrow night, but i'll be gone at work anyways. then not again til next thurs. i think i'll leave these on and burn them up some more this weekend

Those Advans work pretty well on dry pavement when there's no tread left.

You definitely had some sort of problem, which is why the tires wore as fast as they did.
I had 22,000 miles on my last set of ES100's and that included a hand ful of auto-x's and lots of spirited driving.
The A032R's have a treadwear rating of 60. They're an R compound track tire.
I can get ES100's for about $120 a tire.
