OK, So I got my 9 all broken in and I've tried to get a feel for what she's got. The problem is that the car is noticeably heavier than my 2003 was. It has this gizmo on it called a turbo, it's supposed to add power but I don't think it's really doing anything, I feel a power surge, but it seems to be happening when the Mivec kicks in and it hits hard, almost as hard as when vtec hits in my civic.

So yeah, I'm thinking of taking this turbo whatsit off my car I think the only reason mitsu put it on there was so they could install in intercooler. The intercooler looks cool, but it and all of the pumbing it needs adds a lot of weight to the front of the car, so I think I'll improve handling by doing that I'll all about performance over looks. I also think that shortening up the intake pumbing will amplify the effects of the mivec that I'm feeling now. Probably bring it up to Vtec levels.

In summary I like this new car, it's just a little heavy, Mivec rules, I'm going to ditch the turbo and see if that helps me.

I guess I misinterpreted this for shxt-talking sarcasm.

I doubt I'll be showing up on street tires.. I don't think I could beat you on street tires. My whole premise was Race tires are better than any other mod except the driver.

We were bench racing too last night.

No showdown anymore. I'm just gong to be at one of 'their' events on the 29th. On street tires now so I'm gonna lose..
