Yea, I suppose, the vortech would create too much lag.

good morning gentlemen. listening to all you peoples and the previous owner, i'm starting to shy away from the dynoflash. i think i'm just going to have him fix the xede for now, and if i can get it sold, maybe go down to AMS for a dyno and flash. what do you peoples think? good plan??

I could substitute a number of words besides "aggressive", but I assume Martin already did.

Yes, DF in most cases sets the high and low octane maps identical. When he does not, he usually just takes a random "box" of cells and removes -2* on low octane.

Kind of ridiculous and potentially damaging.

To all of you guys with different engine managment than stock -

I installed the ECU about 3 weeks ago now, for the first couple weeks or so I didn't notice any issues but now it seems at lower RPMs when I am just cruising in town from 40-65 on lower trottle it almost seems as if the engine isnt getting enough gas and cuts out momentarily. I haven't tried anything yet to fix it because I haven't had much time but does anyone know what it might be? Maybe I should try running 93 instead

Well if you hadnt noticed, I have been gone the past few days. I was at UW madison getting my a$$ handed to me by their wrestling team at an invitation only camp. Wow can some of those fockers deliver the pain. Anyway just my little story.

Mike, did that O2 housing come in yet?
