He also said that my WRC sticker could be considered for obstruction of view. That because I still have my probationary license, the passenger I had in my car needed written permission from my parents to be riding with me. That my tires were past the legal(!?!?!) limit for treadwear. And as soon as he pulled me over he seemed to have the idea in his head that neither me nor my passenger had out seatbelts on

In Sussex, what happened when you have a car wash with young high school cheerleaders jumping around in short shorts???
You get the fire department and the police out here too. Some stupid old man wasn't paying attention to where he was suppose to pay attention to. Luckily the fire department was right across the street.
