And no offense, but I really, really like the looks and features of the C6.

But, now that you got me curious ... How much are you asking for it?
Sorry, I couldnt resist I would agree that the C6 is nicer but its a lot more $$$. Chevy is going to make a special edition Z06 called the "Blue Devil" with something like 650+ bhp, save yout pennies for that!
~ $ 45,000 with supercharger, ~ $35,000 without. If it doesnt sell or my buddy doesnt buy out my half by November I will be driving it back here. It was supposed to be putting down 600+ whp but we have it tuned to California crap gas (91 oct) at ~ 6 psi so it dyno'd at 528 whp. It has a new rear diff also. Its a blast but one of the biggest mistakes $$$ I've ever made ; lucky that I only own %51 of it .

Good morning everybody!

got that f'in bolt tightend down last night, it only took 2.5 hours!!

oh well, on to the daily convo, I think the X is a great looking car, i would really like to see how it compairs to the rest of the Evo lineup as far as performance goes. I finally think they are going to break the "300 bhp" mark...

As far as a new GTR or Z06 go, i would deffinently get the R34 over both of those cars. The R34 is better looking and is a car that you will never see! not to mention that it is one of the best tuner/cars ever made *cough*. Did i mention that RB stands for "race bread"!
The new Z06 is cool but the road is already flooded with them in Milwaukee, i can only say that the same is going to happen with the new GTR....

I guess my opinions are biased b/c i think the R34 is the greatest car ever built!

Glad to hear your hotside is happy again. I wonder how much of a leak that was.

I dont think it had anything to do with the leak, i am pretty sure that the bolt just threads into a sleeve on the hotside, i dont think it touches anything else

Yea, it holds the bracket that secures the hotside to the center section. You're probably right that there wasn't a leak, but there is a possibility that there was.

Word, I think i took care of the leak with tourqing down the oil feed line, it seemed to be only leaking at high boost(high oil pressure)

I agree with you, Nez. The R34 is f'ing awesome! However, I think the cost of owning one would be higher than the cost of owning one of the others we have mentioned thanks to insurance and, possibly, repair parts.
