The autox schedule for the Cincy SCCA and CSSC are posted. The first SCCA event is coming up SOON...March 16th. Looks like they didn't have any luck finding a new site to race at....most of the events are at River Downs. That's GREAT for me though since it's just a 5 minute drive

Yup, there I am at the start and out of the corner of my eye I see Eli with a breaker bar...
You're getting a new trailer? Aluminum maybe? I tell you, you're heading down the Diffenderfer road. Make way! Greg's on his ATV in the paddock!

Hey guys,
I’m new to the area and new to the Evo. I'm currently living in the Kings Island area and work off Spring Grove Ave. (yea, that's a drive...). I recently moved back to Cincy after going to college in Toledo and working for 4 years in Cleveland. I’ve had an STI for the past 4 years that I am currently finishing up putting back to stock and I just picked up an Evo a couple weeks ago. It’s an WW 04 with 43,xxx miles. Had a Megan turboback, Dejontool intake, Walbro, AEM EMS and some cosmetic mods….yea, odd mod path, I know.
I’m already working with BR as David and I are buddies and have installed their turboback, small battery kit, UICP, Race FMIC, double pumper. I am taking the car up there in a couple weeks for a Buschwacker trans rebuild, Tilton C/C clutch install, ported intake manifold and throttle body install, 1200cc injector install, 35R tubular turbo kit install and a tune. I’m hoping to make in the 425whp range on pump gas with this setup.
Then in a few months…hopefully late spring, I should have enough money saved up to take the car back up there for them to install a built motor and make 550whp on pump gas and 650whp on race gas.
Anyways, on to the pics and hopefully we can meet up when it gets a little warmer.
Tim

Tim,
Welcome to the area. It sounds like you are building a drag racing beast. Most of us on here are more into AutoX and track racing. We all frequent the strip on occasion though. I am quite certain that once the weather warms up we will all get together. If anything we will certainly see each other at the AutoX races.
Oh just to give everyone a little insight....the FP Green is in the car and let me tell you....this thing is a beast. Boost comes on like NOW. The car just keeps getting more and more fun to drive.
Hey Greg....maybe you can arrange a dyno day for us. You do have the "hook up" don't you????

I'm kind of an honorary one
I'm friends with Eric (SPIN2GST). He has a WW 05 Evo with BR stages 1-4 and the Green LT. I also know a lot of the guys from the Cleveland area from lersoc.com, clevelandracing.com and akronracing.com.
I was usually at the Supagay Sundays at Spagetti Warehouse in Akron.

I was quite the autocrosser with the STI. But I got in it to deep financially and decided to walk away from it with an expensive car for a while.
I do plan on hopefully taking the Evo to Mid-Ohio and a few other local tracks this summer though.
