Obviously you're in KY, but the farther north you find a location the better!!

I've been thinking that somewhere off of the south side of the 275 loop would be ideal. The location will put me central of any other awd dyno shop making the potential to drive 2-3 hours less desirable for anyone in the area.
I've also been looking at web domains too. My plan is to build the domain while I am deployed. (I foresee a lot of downtime at night. Not much to do in the middle of the desert.

for instance: TiC, Clint and Tony care about what you have to say as a customer, unlike the shops in fairfield (tpr, zerolift). I walk in there and they make me feel unwanted and uneducated; not cool.

You need not worry.....When things finally get rolling you will feel very welcome. The plan is to have a customer support area that will allow for you to watch work/tuning being done on your car.
I may even host install days to help people learn to work on their own cars.
My partner is in very good with the guys at TiC. We plan on working together on some projects hopefully. They do suspensions...we do the tune...get it?
As for quality....take a look at the pictures of my car. It is all about clean and tidy. Nothing is ever rigged to work. I am far to **** for that.

Mark,
The 60k service isn't that complicated at all. The parts will run you about 300 ish. What kills you is labor. This is about a 6-8 hour job depending on the shop/technition that is doing it. At 110+ an hour, it adds up quick.
Get the parts....I will help you do it yourself (since my shop isn't going to be open for at least another year) Damn military deployments.
