you have to get the coils to sit in the seats properly. Meaning you put the end of the coil at the lowest point in the seat. Then put the hat on in teh same fashion. You will have dead coils on lowereing springs, meaning that some of the coils will sit on each otherwhen the car is on the ground. Thats how the spring lowers the car, and keeps tension in the seats.

On the top hat, there looks like a cross. The longest arm like the up and down part of the cross, that hole should line up with the hole on the bottom spring perch.

Don't forget about the flat side on the front struts cap. This is where the nut on top of the spring perch goes. You have to make sure to line up the flat sides. Like everyone else said...make sure the end of the spring fits against the detent in the strut bottom and the rubber bushing up top.

Standard or not, I probably will ask not to get it. I have no real use for it, other than to break driveline parts upon launching. All I really want is the boost cut removed.

Spotted

Black Evo with Buschur stickers on the rear windows, plate said "8BOOST". Was about 7:30 tonight at rt 42 and Pleasant Valley in Florence. Anyone on the list here? I was in the white Talon with my kids. Real clean car whoever it belongs to. Kinda glad I wasn't in my Evo - it's filthy.

Hey that is my evo...gotta love the generation one. I noticed you sitting there. Your kids seemed to like the car . Wanna get together some time?

Yeah, I told my oldest to ask if you were on evom, and he got shy all of a sudden. I think they would rather drive around in the Evo than just about anything else. Right after I got it they were telling everyone from grocery store clerks to bank tellers that "my dad has an evo!". The looks they got were priceless... We should have a get together soon since the weather is getting better. I know Eli needs his clutch bled and adjusted, Carter has been bitten by the mod bug (again!), and I've got a whole list of things I need to get done before I go to Mid Ohio next month, so maybe we can get a wrenching day together soon.

What all do you have done to your car, it sounded pretty good.
