greg, since you are in a moddin' mood -- now would be a good time to build that "man's garage" addition you've been thinking of.. ya know, multiple lifts, air tools, the whole nine!

Then you would have room for whatever you needed! Including that deep-diving bell that you have considered purchasing...

If I had the money to build a garage, I wouldn't be worried about buying a rollbar, harnesses, neck brace, rotors, pads, and a rebuild kit for the twin disk. I am not looking forward to dropping the tranny again.

That would be no fun at all. I like giving big-egoed Corvette drivers something to think about....

Pics of the brake carnage here

Those pads were almost 50% on thursday..

Yeah you wore those bad boys out! Nice chocolate color brown you have there.

Well if you need help with the tranny I'll do what I can to help. I'm always interested in more hands on.

Yep, the calipers aren't pretty anymore. The pads 'were' Ferodo DS3000's. Not sure what I'm going with next - I want to try the Hawk DTC-60's, but they are well over $300 a set. I have some HP Plus pads coming for street duty, but I need something to replace the track pads. Mid Ohio is only 30 days away...

Brendan that noise is actual dust -- you need to drive the car once in awhile How many miles do you have now?? Are you even close to 1,000?
