bobaab - just head to the track! The driver is more important than the car, and the seat time at a track event is crazy compared to the seat time at an AutoX. At a well run event I will see 3 or more HOURS in a day of at speed driving.

Just go - you won't regret it.

Come on out! Smaller, tighter, technical tracks such as GingerMan, Blackhawk, and especially, Grattan are fun regardless of a car's hp.

I don't know, I'm not involved in organizing the event, I'm merely a messenger.

You can race on open track days for only 60$/a day. usually starts around 3 or 4 and goes until sundown.....just FYI....and it's a 20 min on track and 20 mins off track format. You get about 2 full hours worth of racing which is plenty abuse for the car...

Actually, it's 5:30pm to 8:30pm, most Tuesdays through Thursdays (sometimes auto magazines lease the track for a day, therefore, it's best to phone first) and some Fridays.

Well Bob, you definately swayed away from the AutoX scene (no one has seen you out in 2 months).
