i also saw blue evo on the target parking lot in wood dale and i see white evo on george st in wood dale almost every day, i live on george st in wood dale and i thought i'm the only one with a white evo in this area but i quess not

Yup, Im pretty sure that it is my friend Timmy. Black w/ HIDs says SRT-4 on the front bottom lip. Black rims, recently painted. About a 10% tint all the way around?
