People who sign up are cool. You all want to be cool don't you? Looks like its turning into an Evo day. I know of a couple more Evo guys that are on the fence. I think I need to get rid of the WRX and buy another Evo.

Where are the cool people?
With regrets; We already have plans for the big holiday weekend.

Wish I could go, might still be able to make it if things change, but doubt it. Any other open events on this track??

I'm going to try very hard to get that day off. I like BHF and it's easier and quicker to get to than G-Man or Grattan.

Anybody can register and attend. Its not just for WI or club people. Blackhawk is really easy to get to from Madison, Milwaukee or Chicago. All the major highways lead pretty much right to it.

FWIW, my first time ever (I think it was 1998) at Road America with my 300ZX, a Saturn sedan with steel wheels ran a faster lap than I did. He knew how to get the most out of his car, I did not

I don't forsee any charges for anybody that isn't there to participate. You can actually get pretty close to the track between turns 4 and 5 for watching. Plus a lot of the spectator areas are in the shade. Bogie is right. Pads and fluid are all you really need. If you're gonna show up you might as well run.
