This will no doubt sound odd to some, but I have an 05 with SSL and figured I would offer to swap my front and rear seats and door panels with someone for maybe a couple hundred dollars. I'm buying Sparco non-adjustable seats for mine and getting the back seat, door panels and dash wrapped in a combination of black suede and the same red fabric as on my new seats. To just peel the leather and discard would be a waste, especially if one of you is interested or maybe wanted leather from the start. The only catch is you have to come to my shop to do the swap, I will not ship. I'm located about a half hour south of Chicago in Illinois. I will do all the labor involved for the swap at no charge. I would prefer the lower portion of the door panels to be in very good shape as my interior is mint with the exception of very minor wear marks on d/s leather.
