That's 12.8 at the drag strip with all my mods listed running 91 octane and a dead wideband sensor.

To put it in perspective though, a cobb stage2 sti on 110 racing fuel only ran a 12.5 so it was a really slow track that day.

To be fair, a lot of Tims (madog) mods listed above are for auto-xing, entertainment, cosmetic and for monitoring. His go-fast mods alone that contribute to the 1/4 mile drag are:

another time, and i would be totally down with rolling for a while. we've already got plans.

if you want to just have some fun, and get out, skip omaha and go directly to MAM.

if the weather is good, there will be LOTS of cars there. it's mosdef NOT scribner, but it's pretty fun. just 15-20 minutes south omaha, glenwood iowa.

if that's really not what you want to do, then here are a couple of places where the people on the street scene hang out.

one of them is at the harbor freight parking lot. this is roughly 90th and maple street. take the north omaha exit on your way down, follow 680W to 680S, take the maple street exit, turn left on maple(east), take maple down to 90th street, take a left, go down to the first light, take a left.

people start showing up there around 2130 or so.

the second best place to go, will be the grease monkey. this is about 6 blocks north of the h/f on north 90th street. it will be on the left side. it's right next to a car wash.

you'll be able to drum up some action at either of those places.

next time, give me a couple weeks lead time, and i can probably roll out with you for a while, or go to the drag strip.
