ATTN: Real Estate Agents in IL

MY wife and I just closed on a new home on the 27th. Our agent is great and she's the top selling agent in McHenry County. He name is Cathy Leonard @ 847-658-2880. She's out of Coldwell Banker in Algonquin. My wife and I did enough shopping and picking that would drive anyone crazy, and the entire time she was patient and understanding. Check her out.

Give me a call when you are ready to move on. We have an office in the West Loop and in Naperville. We have our own processors, underwriters and closers all in the same building. An agent of Chicago Title does our refinances here in the office. Profit sharing. President's Club trip (Mexico this year). You can make a lot of money AND you don't have to rip off your customers with sky high rates and fees.

Not going to get into a pissing match, but we dont' charge any fees to the client (zero credit check charge, zero loan origination fees), lenders pay us. Thanks for the info though
