My registration is coming up next month on my 9. I have an Ultimate racing high flow cat on it. It will be registered in Salt Lake County. Anyone pass emissions with one of these on the car?

In Utah U have to get inspected for a registration renewal?

I live in Park City and I have a TurboXS test pipe which isn't supposed to pass but in Park City we don't really have emissions standards and the cops don't notice I have it but from what I have heard if you try and pass in Salt Lake they are being pretty strict about it so you may not pass...

Should be fine as long as it has a cat....it's just a visual. I wouldn't think a '06 would be due for safety/emissions till next year though.

I have an '06 and live in SLC- I just renewed by mail, no inspection was required

I did it online, the emission is next year. I am still curious if anyone with an evo has pass slc emissions with a high flow cat

hmm... no idea man. Best of luck to you though man. I gotta get that done in Park City then I guess this year then huh? I dont think Id pass in Weber County.
