DEVO Out of Business??

I heard that they got broken into again and then in a AMS thread they mentioned that Devo is no longer around. Anyone know the truth/story behind this? If true, kinda sucks since I was planning on having Adam do my build.

Adam closed down Devo Tuning and is working at a Rally shop building rally cars. He said he MAY work on side jobs but that is up to his discretion and time.

ps. yes crooks DID indeed bust into his shop and stole a lot of parts. He is granting a FAIR reward for any useful leads.

I'd heard about the break in, and had heard a rumor of the closing as well.

A loss for the community, while I only had work done there once and dealt with him 3-4 times he was a great resource for our local auto enthusiast community. Almost more of a friend than a shop owner, always willing to go out of his way to help someone out. I'd imagine that attributed somewhat to the closing as it seemed like he was always running at 1000% percent, and one can only keep that up for so long.

Hopefully his new gig works out well for him.

It always seemed like he was catching a bad break, it's unfortunate considering he is is a great local resource and does some good work. I hope it all works out for him.

You can order that driveshaft from AMS now, they took over for Devo.

Wow, Super ****ty I had a few projects I was hoping Adam would help with. Most of you GENTLEMEN already said what needed to be said about Adam, his work, and what a loss to our community this is.

This really pains me to watch this happen, Adam is a friend to me and I know he will rebound and get things crackin again.

I really wish I knew who did this, They need to be hurt.

dammn, no wonder he wasn't picking up his phone. We wanted to get a tranny installed. Any one else recommend a good tuner shop besides AMS. I dont like AMS they are snotty and overpriced IMO.

I head good things about Adam, sucks what happened to him.
