clutch replacement in chicago fairly cheap labor!!
I just had my clutch replaced on my evo 8, and my helix down pipe and 02 housing.
Mark the owner of the shop did a great job, i just want to let ppl know that there is a place in chicagoland that will do you clutch for alot less then other chicagoland shops.
the total for all this labor, i provided all the parts, came out to $700, basically 550 for a clutch replacement
i received quotes of 800-900 from other places for just the clutch labor alone
so with that in mind i think i got a great deal.
For any info here is the website http://www.onesixmotorsports.com/

base labor at one six was 450 for the clutch i had to factor in the fluids on top of the 450 labor price. the rest of the money also was for labor to install the helix o2 housing and downpipe.
but yeah glad to hear there are more places that are cheap i wish i knew about the elmhurst shop i lived in addison for a long time and didnt even know.
hopefully this helps others because 900 bucks is alot of money for a broke sob like myself. so far i am happy with the work done.
