will this setup work with 3inch megan downpipe ? the RNR manifold can be used with GT3582R right ???

Yes, it will mate up w/ any downpipe that goes to the stock location. The manifold can be used for any T3 based turbo using a 5-bolt hotside. If you wanted to run a different hotside you would need a different O2 housing.
