Ft. Leonard Wood Area

I'm PCSing to Ft. Leonard Wood, MO in May so im just trying to see who all is out that way or if there is any kind of scene out there, how close the closest tracks are, just wanting a feel of how the area is for the car scene.

no EVOs in this area?!? well i know that there will be atleast 2 evos there pretty soon.....

well i just moved to Fort Leonard Wood, MO. i have seen 2 EVO Xs and 1 EVO VIII. just wondering if anyone from this area is on here.

All the times I have been there, I seen a few evo's there. There is a red ix with a bunch of ams parts. I might be headed up there to do my drill sergeant school, after that im not sure if ill get stationed there or not.

Check out this thread. You can also uninstall the AP before a service and I believe they wont be able to tell or care.

This is the luck I have had with just a drop in filter and the AP. I have taken the car in twice for recalls, they haven't said a thing. I even went as far to ask what their policies are when it comes to modding. They said that they basically draw the line at replacing parts with non oem parts. Everything I have seems to be kosher according to Springfield Imports.

Yeah, I've been thinking about getting an AP but they are just so expensive, and I wish it was definite that it cannot be detected. It seems like every thread I read says the opposite of the one before it. Maybe in 6 months or so when I have more $ I'll pick one up.
