I live in Winnipeg and have a new 2009 Ralliart that I want to bring to Minneapolis this summer to get dyno tuned which place has an AWD dyno and techs that have Mitsubishi EVO type tuning experience. I don't want a bunch of kids blowing up my new car LOL ! Any help would be appreciated.

I am planning the trip for sometime in the first 2 weeks of July this year. Would like to see 270 + AWHP and 280+ torque. I will have upgraded the IC and both IC pipes, blow off valve and complete UR turbo back duel exhaust.
