it can be redeemed basically any time until 10/31/11. all you need to do is call in and schedule an appointment and they will take you out, or let you drive. they usually split the track in two (north side and south side) so that if a group buys a track day, half of the track can still be used for this driving experience and also for the Autobahn Country Club members. so in essence the track is available most of the time!
