SST Throttle Limit Tables in ECUflash, where are they?

SST Throttle Limit Tables in ECUflash, where are they?
I can't seem to locate the SST Limit Tables in my rom, only 5 Throttle Tables are available. Is there a way to enable these tables?
I know in Cobb ATR there are 3 SST Tables, but ECUflash doesn't give you access to these tables from what I'm seeing. Any help is appreciated!
